The CIPR training was a bit of a lightbulb moment for me. It expanded several concepts I had been working on and gave me a more focused direction in some areas where I had been casting my net too widely. The CM-Alliance approach to CIPR is no-nonsense and removes a lot of the unnecessary information we thought we needed. For example, we don't need a 70-page incident response plan that says chapter and verse. We need a concise document that people can understand. I want my colleagues and managers to do this training. Amar was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was very engaging and flexible in his approach to training and was willing to break the training to open a discussion based on feedback.

I would definitely recommend the training. The trainer was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. I enjoyed his sense of humour.

Amar really knows his stuff and presented it in a really engaging manner. He used a mix of facts and laughs (where appropriate!) to get the point across and had plenty of first-hand experiences to which he was able to refer, making the course a really valuable experience.

The course covered a wide variety of subjects and scenarios that were very informative with Amar providing real world examples from his own knowledge and experience. There were regular breakout sessions where we worked as a group to solve a challenge. This was thought provoking and allowed each of us to draw on our own organisational situations and experience.The pace was just right with the level of detail allowing for non-technical delegates to relate the content to any business, whether public or private sector. Overall, I was very impressed with the course and Amar as a trainer. I would highly recommend this course to anyone with an interest in Cyber Security irrespective of whether they come from a technical or non-technical background.
