Overall, the live CIPR course was very informative and enjoyable. The interactive nature of the course meant that it was engaging from start to end. The trainer, Amar, included many real-world, practical examples of Incident Response, combined with his own personal industry experience. This really helped differentiate this course from others. I especially enjoyed the group discussions/activities. These encouraged new ideas to be shared and enabled the ability to learn from others in the field. Amar did an excellent job of delivering the training and the training felt like it was face-to-face even though it was over Zoom. I would definitely recommend the CIPR course to anyone who is working in an operational IT environment.
