This session has widened my perspective, especially in translating assessments and resource and stakeholders & the enhancement and improvement of risk assessment which we perform and conduct. It’s more of what we would be doing in terms of responding to breaches. Thankfully, for now, we have not been attacked but it’s a question of when we are going to be attacked. And we have to be ready and we have to be ready in responding to those attacks. So, it would be very helpful for us to start being ready by following your guidelines.

This just confirms the tonnes of work that we have to do in this department after this training. I particularly love the fact that the information and also the practical insights came from someone who doesn’t just have theories. It’s good to know that they came from first-hand experience and knowledge and that for me translates into wisdom. And that gives me more confidence in all of the information I got from these trainings.

Thank you for giving us this time to be able to really realize where we are now. When you asked the question if I am happy, the answer is yes, I am happy, but I am also sad. I am happy because I have realized what we are missing and what’s there for us to do. But sad as there are only 2 of us in the security team and it’s a lot of burden for us. The course is good, the series is good, having your conversation is good. Some important points from this session for me would be around how to handle this well, not to panic and how to get the proper information. And you (Amar) said that the cyber incident playbook is supposed to be run easily as it's not supposed to confuse anyone who reads it. These are the points, I believe, for this company's current situation. Actually, we are building this up and I am a part of that team building it. It's a good lesson for us.
