I have really enjoyed the course, an excellent teacher. It's a tough job to sit there for eight hours down into a stream. So, all credit to you for that excellent training. From a personal perspective, I have done quite a lot of technical training with complete success, last month. So, it was quite a lot of crossovers with some of the content. So, it was good to see your perspective on things and to compare that to how we do things back at the office. It was useful that my colleague was on the course so that helps in the discussions in the way that we do things, processes, and procedures. Probably, the best takeaway was the known and unknown pyramid. I think that's quite a good graphical example. We do spend a lot of time down in the 70 percent. So, the higher I can get up the pyramid, the better and we need to try and reduce the noise and the number of alerts of the processes because fatigue is something we do have to deal with quite regularly. The interaction we have got from you was fantastic. It has restored my faith a bit in online learning. So, that was really positive. What I have really got from today was keeping a focus on the foundational elements of what we do day-to-day in our world of cyber security. And, I think, things like supply chain, there was a big focus on that earlier, today. That is something when you ask those questions to clients, there's probably not going to be an answer because they don't know.
