The CSIRT Playbooks session provided an opportunity for subject matter experts to share their knowledge and experience and build upon their skills. Amar Singh is a specialist in creating extra depth and insights into this subject, based on his broad practical know-how. It is important in major crisis incidents to establish that you have all the facts and context needed to evaluate your position and ensure that you do not inadvertently 'cry wolf'. I came away feeling that I had new information and structure and made some interesting contacts along the way.

The Playbooks training course was a good 'part-2' to the CIPR and went into greater depth in a number of areas. The day was fun, and Amar kept us moving along at a good pace.

Enjoyed the course. Good mix of attendees and plenty of lively conversation. Amar steered us through it all admirably.

This was a very helpful day and opportunity to speak with a number of operational incident responders to discuss what really works in practice and not just in theory.
