Cyber Crisis Tabletop Exercises - Packages & Offerings

At Cyber Management Alliance, we have curated a bouquet of 5 different service categories that aim to enhance board/executive engagement with cybersecurity and/or build greater familiarity with cyber incident response plans and processes. 

We offer three types of Cyber Crisis Tabletop Exercises - the Executive Tabletop, the Operational Tabletop and the Technical Tabletop. While the Technical is the most extensive and detailed of the three, the Executive exercise has been designed carefully keeping the needs and paucity of time of senior leaders and C-suite executives in mind.  

We also offer targetted Awareness Sessions for the Executoive. Cyber Management Alliance’s Executive Briefing and Awareness Sessions (EBAS) and Executive Cyber Crisis Awareness Sessions (ECAS) are specially designed for executive management, CEOs and boards of directors. These specialised sessions engage them in a business context to help explain the threats and risks from cyber-attacks, and provide them with simple, tactical and strategic steps to help improve their resilience to reputation-damaging cyber crises
